First opened in 2004 in Psirri, Hytra was relocated in 2010 to the 6th floor of Onassis Cultural Center where it was awarded –and still holds- its first Michelin Star. Welcoming Tasos Mantis in its kitchen, Hytra now embraces a culinary approach that features top Greek raw materials, forgotten Greek recipes and domestic gastornomic tradition through modern culinary techniques. The first Greek restaurant of high gastronomy to initiate concepts such as sustainability and foraging, Hytra teams up with local producers and cultivates indoors herbs and edible flowers.
