Bites & Wine


In 2018 Lefteris Lazarou, following the international “to share” trend and his cooking origins, launched a new concept with references to the history of Greek meze, an elegant bistro on the ground floor of the emblematic Athenian restaurant (opposite the classic seaside main restaurant). A menu that highlights the Greek approach to the bistronomie trend, with a seafood touch, diverse personal dishes and an eclectic wine and spirits list of 40 labels. A modern-day Greek tapas bar, with chef Giannis Parikos, who has perfected his craft in Varoulko’s kitchen, also on board.
