Chef Pascal Aussignac

Taste of Athens has the honor and the privilege to host one of the biggest stars of the French gastronomic scene with so many distinctions in his career. One Michelin star for his crown restaurant Club Gascon from 2002 until today, “best chef” in 2013 and many other awards, ladies and gentlemen we proudly present the amazing French chef Pascal Aussignac!

Their flagship restaurant, Club Gascon, was awarded a Michelin Star in 2002 and has retained it every year since. In 2007, the restaurant was awarded the ultimate peer group accolade of ‘Restaurant of the Year’ by The Caterer Magazine and in 2013 Pascal was awarded ‘Restaurant Chef of the Year’ at the Craft Guild of Chefs Awards. In 2008, he wrote his first recipe book: Cuisinier Gascon, awarded ‘Best French Cookbook’ by Gourmand Award in France.

Pascal has won the coveted ‘Best in Taste’ award at Taste of London three times in the last four years with dishes including Marmite Royale & Soldiers and Croque Gascon.
