Chef Constadina Kontesopoulou is from Aigio of Achaia Prefecture! She studied at the Technical University of Crete in the Department of Computer and Computer Engineering, and at ''OTEK IEK'' of Heraklion (Crete) in the Department of Special Art Cooking.
She did her first steps as a trainee chef at "Pegasus Rhodos" and at the "Peninsula Elounda" restaurants ! She continued as a cook in "Eprepe" restaurant in Aegio , but also at the Children's Cooking Workshop in collaboration with DI.KE.PA Aigio.
Under the training of Chef John Baxevanis, she continued to deal with the culinary industry at the Ferryman restaurant located in Elounda, with the "6 Keys" restaurant, and with the "Princess Kyniska Suite"! At the same time she worked with the "L' restaurant 'auberge De Lill', located in France, which has been awarded with 3 Michelin Stars!
She had the pleasure to create the Children's workshop 'Lilliputian Cooks'' and collaborate with "Relax Ios Suite" as Chef in the Greek creative kitchen section, while she was hosting an educational cook position in ''MBS MY Business School'' located in Rethymno! Also she taught in a private school (I.IEK) in Ierapetra! She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Chef's Club in Crete and the head chef at Pelagos Sea Side restaurant and Coriva Village Hotel!
