By opening the metal door with the special key, it unfolds in an industrial area with 70s elements and with just 3 tables for 15 people. The gourmet universe of ΦΒΚ is created under the command and guidance of the award-winning and rising chef Dimos Balopoulos, who praises privacy and fine dining cuisine.
Between fermentation vases, cut trees and bottles of natural wines, Dimos Balopoulos has created - behind the metal window - his own prominent gastronomic workshop, that is dominated by open flames and grates, sous vide technology and a black metal smokehouse.
Combining seasonal Greek raw materials with an impeccable modern cooking technique, it creates imaginative combinations of fine dining dishes that have the delicious footprint of delicious comfort and highlight the chef's multi-level culinary talent.
