After nearly 27 years of a career in the production of cultural festivals and major events throughout Greece, he finally turned to his great love of cooking.
It is then when he opens with his brother "Basegrill", a meat specialty restaurant and a few years after the "Travolta" specializing in fish.
Self-taught, with a deep knowledge of the Greek cuisine, he believes that the gastronomy culture is just where knowledge is coming from you, sharing and creating something new.
In 2014, he opens the Cookoowaya restaurant in the Hilton area, as co-owner with 5 other chefs. Following this very successful venture, they decide to create a fast food shop called "Hoocut".
He has stated: "Cooking is the saucepan that cooks your soul, if you do not watch it, it will stick".
