In 2004 he graduated from La Chef Levi while working at Aris Delicatessen. From 2004 to 2008 he passed from the kitchens of Vedema Luxury Collection Resort in Santorini, Clochard in Thessaloniki, Sani Resort in Halkidiki, and Dischoto in Panorama of Thessaloniki. In 2009 he worked in the field of product development, as a partner of Molos - Tsakalidis S.A.

In 2011, he worked in Canton of China as Head Chef at a Greek restaurant.

Returning to Greece in 2012, he started working with Ergon at the first store that opened in 2012 in Thessaloniki. Since then he has been executive chef of Ergon's restaurants along with Panagiotis Xanthis.
