Dimitris Dimitriadis, 45 years old, was born and raised in Larissa, and after graduation, he began his cooking studies at the famous Rhodes School.

He then worked with distinguished chefs both in Greece and in France until he reached the point of taking over the kitchen itself in many good restaurants across Greece.

The experienced chef has been working with Michelin-starred restaurants such as CIBUS, Hytra and NABUCCO, and has gone through the flagship "Noma" in Denmark, which stands out as the "Best Restaurant in the World" for four years.

A fan of Greek cuisine, which he tries to evolve in the various restaurants where he has excelled in the last 5 years, is the chef of Artisanal. Homemade flavors, modern techniques but primarily quality raw material from Greek producers, make up his creations that bear Dimitris Dimitriadis' signature.
