The head of Premiere’s Kitchen at the hotel Athenaum Intercontinental, versatile chef Michalis Nourloglou is constantly evolving his techniques and ideas drawing attention to dishes that highlight the priority of unprocessed materials and the necessity for a creative blend of tradition and present-day fine dining. At the same time, showcasing the diversity of his culinary skills, he signs the menu in other Athenian restaurants such as the Bros Farm, the Brunello wine restaurant and the bar food of the Borsalino cocktail bar.
