One of the most influential Greek chefs of his generation, Dimitris Katrivesis, after having acquired valuable insight next to world-famous chefs, introduced to the Greek gastronomic scene the Nikkei Kitchen and made a strong impact on the rising ethnic kitchen. In 2015, he created his own culinary concept, the JSP (Japanese-Spain-Peruvian) kitchen, later transferred to his own restaurant, the Pantera Negra in Plaka. At the same time he has developed his other concept restaurant, the Peruvian Mistura. Leading Fuga, Megaron Concert Hall’s restaurant is his latest gastronomic venture.
