In 2008 he opened his first Italian restaurant Vezene in his hometown Meganissi, creating a sensation. Three years later, he moved the restaurant to Athens, behind Hilton. With a love for beef, breeds, cuts and the desire to dive into the roots of Greek traditional gastronomy and discover top quality raw ingredients, he inspired a new mindset into the Greek gastronomic scene, sealing it with his culinary genius. His latest project is Birdman Yakitori & Pub, a Japanese pub that serves new style yakitori.
